Impact on 1930's

Hitler had a large impact on the world in the 1930's. Not only was he a powerful leader but also started the Nazi party who were responsible for the largest genocide in history. The Nazi's killed over 6 million Jews while holding them in concentration camps and under very harsh conditions with little food. Although he was a terrible man, his leadership in WWI made people see him as a strong leader. He wanted Germany to be the strongest country and power in the world. For a while he accomplished this goal until his reign came to an end when he commited suicide in 1945.

Unionization

As a female factory worker, working conditions were very tough. The air is very polluted in the factories, and the machinery we work with is dangerous and causes injuries to some of the workers. Althought unionization did give many jobs to both males and us females, the working conditions are tough and men are still given the highest paying jobs.
